- Abstract (within 200 words) with one or some more figures (pdf) showing its achievement and/or mechanism.

- Session (Which session is your work most relevant?)

        (1) Simulation & Modeling, Characterization

        (2) Compound Semiconductor Devices (III-V, Carbon-Compound, Organic, Bio etc.)

        (3) Si Devices & Related Process, Circuit Design, Application etc., also with New Materials

        (4) Special Session for Students
